Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve position precision of an anchoring bar and to facilitate a work to drive a panel by a method wherein a spacer to which a plurality of radially extended wire rods are mounted is used for a cylinder member engaged with the outer periphery of the tip of the anchor bar. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of wire rode 3 extending radially from a cylinder member are mounted to a cylinder member 2 engaged with the outer periphery of the tip of an anchor bar 4 to form a spacer 1 for an anchor bar. The spacer 1 is mounted to the tip of the anchor bar 4 risen from a foundation 11, and a panel 5 by which a cavity part 6 is positioned to the anchor bar 4 is driven from above. In this case, the wire rod 3 of the spacer 1 performs a role of a guide in the space 6, and the anchor bar 4 is positioned properly on the axis of the cavity part 6. The cavity part 6 is filled with a grout material, e.g. mortar, and the panel 5 is anchored in the foundation 11 through the anchor bar 4.

Precast concrete panels (hereinafter simply referred to as panels) are used as wall panels in houses or medium- and low-rise buildings.
Conventional construction methods when using a conventional construction method include those shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. In this example, a perforated panel 5 with a cavity 6 formed in the longitudinal direction is lifted with a wire rope or the like, and anchor bars 4 are fixed in the foundation ll.
The panel 5 is erected so that it enters the cavity 6, and the cavity 6 is filled with grout material such as mortar.

Anchor bars are embedded in advance so as to coincide with one part of the panel, but when multiple anchor bars are simultaneously inserted into corresponding panel cavities, it is difficult to align them. Furthermore, if the anchor bars are deformed or misaligned, there is a risk that it will not be possible to ensure a sufficient covering thickness of the grout material that is later filled into the cavity.

During construction, anchor bars 4 rising from the foundation 11 etc.
The spacer 1 of the present invention is attached to the tip of the panel 5, and the panel 5 is erected from above, with the cavity 6 aligned with the anchor bar 4, as in the conventional case.

At this time, the wire 3 of the spacer 1 serves as a guide within the cavity 6, and the panel 5 can be erected with the anchor bars 4 positioned on the axis of the cavity 6. Thereafter, the cavity 6 is filled with a grouting material such as mortar, and the panel 5 is fixed to a foundation 11 or the like via the anchor bars 4. Further, since the spacer l holds the anchor thread 4 at the center of the cavity 6, a sufficient cover thickness can be ensured when filling with grout material, and a reliable anchoring structure can be obtained.

FIG. 1 shows how a spacer is used in an embodiment of the present invention, in which a spacer is placed in a hollow part of a panel 5 constituting a wall.
The anchor reinforcement 4 rising from the foundation 11 is inserted with the spacer 1 of the present invention attached to its tip. FIG. 2 shows an example of the positional relationship between the hollow part 6 of the panel 5 and the anchor reinforcement 4.
The anchor muscle 4 is inserted into the hollow part 6 of the anchor. In the figure,
7 is a reinforcing steel bar for the panel 5.

The spacer 1 in this embodiment is made by fixing a thin reinforcing bar as a wire rod 3 in a cross shape to one end of a cylindrical body 2 in the shape of a cut steel pipe, and as shown in FIGS. The anchor muscle 4 is held at the center of the cavity 6 inside. Note that the tip of the wire 3 is bent downward,
This is done so that it does not interfere with insertion. Further, in the spacer 1 of this embodiment, since the cotton material 3 crosses the upper end of the cylindrical body 2, the wire material 3 also serves as a stopper/par for the anchor wire 4.
