  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 電池缶の内側に、内方に折曲されたフランジ
    部をその上縁に有する電池内缶を嵌合させ、また
    この電池内缶の内側に４ケ所以上が内接する多角
    形の正極合剤を配するとともに、これら正極合剤
    並びに正極内缶の上部にセパレータ、負極、並び
    に端子板を順次位置させ、またはこの端子板の外
    周部に設けた絶縁ガスケツトを、前記フランジ部
    の上に載置してなることを特徴とする偏平形非水
    電解液電池。 ２ 前記正極合剤に中空部を設けるとともに、こ
    の中空部と前記フランジ部を有する電池内缶と正
    極合剤との断続的な空間部とを連通させる溝部を
    、正極合剤底面に形成したことを特徴とする請求
    項１記載の偏平形非水電解液電池。
