塔、同除害塔が水位調整弁を有する配管により接
続され上記アンモニア液抜き管が接続された中和
槽、同中和槽が接続された希硫酸タンク、上記除
害塔内に設けられたスプレイ装置が接続されて形
成され上記アンモニア検出器より停止信号を入力
するアンモニア水の循環ライン、および上記中和
槽と除害塔の間に接続されたガス排気ダクトを備
