(Prior art) As is well known, as a photographic material for cameras,
In place of the photographic film that had been commonly used up until now, disc-shaped photographic materials called disc films were developed. Several types of processing equipment perform so-called development processing,
Alternatively, processing machines have been proposed, but all of these processing methods and processing systems are designed to significantly increase the efficiency of conventional photographic film, which has been used and consumed in large quantities. Many of these methods tend to have been devised based on processing methods or processing systems, and they are said to be extremely uneconomical and impractical when used for disk film, for which demand is still small. I felt warm.

Therefore, the present applicant has improved the conventional processing equipment and processing machines for disk film, and installed this type of processing equipment and processing machines in conjunction with the conventional processing equipment for processing photographic materials. Japanese Patent Application No. 101463/1983 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 1983-1989) describes a processing device for photographic materials that is designed to be economically effective.

However, as a device for processing small quantities of disk film, such as just a few sheets, it was still uneconomical and felt like a step forward.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) In view of the above-mentioned background, the present invention has taken further steps to improve the disk, breaking down the preconceived notion that photographic materials must be processed in a dark box. A cassette for processing film (see "cassette for processing disk film" filed by the applicant for utility model registration on the same date as this application) and a processing device capable of using this cassette for processing disk film. By doing so, as in the "photosensitive material processing apparatus" of the above-mentioned patent application, a disk film processing apparatus is simply added to the conventional processing apparatus for photographic light-sensitive materials such as photographic film, and each processing liquid of the former is utilized. In addition to achieving miniaturization and economical effects as much as possible, we are also developing more economical photographic materials that are smaller and can process smaller amounts of disk film both in the dark and in the light. This is what we are trying to provide.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention aims to process conventional photosensitive materials such as long photographic films and photographic paper so that disk films can also be processed. Processing of the photographic light-sensitive material, wherein processing liquid tanks each having a processing liquid replenishing device are arranged in a series in a dark box in order to perform a series of development processes such as development, bleaching or bleach-fixing on the photographic material. The apparatus section includes a first tank for separately storing the processing liquid overflowing from each of the processing liquid tanks, and a processing liquid necessary for processing several disk films is introduced and stored separately from each of the first tanks. a second tank for heating the second tank, a hot water tank for heating the second tank in order to bring the temperature of the processing liquid introduced and stored in each of the second tanks to an appropriate temperature such as a designated temperature; A processing device for photographic light-sensitive materials is constructed by adding a disk film processing device section consisting of a disk film processing tank to which processing liquid is sequentially fed from each tank according to the processing order of the disk film. That is.

(Function) The processing apparatus for photographic light-sensitive materials according to the present invention is constructed as described above, and is therefore suitable for processing photographic light-sensitive materials such as long photographic films and photographic paper, which have been used in large quantities up to now. In this process, a series of development processes such as development, bleaching, or bleach-fixing, with appropriate water washing processes in between, are carried out sequentially by each processing solution tank equipped with a processing solution replenishment device. Meanwhile, the processing liquid overflowing from each processing liquid tank, each equipped with a processing liquid replenishment device, flows into and is stored in separate first tanks of relatively large capacity for forming the disk film processing apparatus section. From each of the different processing liquids that are inflow and stored in each of the first tanks, only an amount capable of processing several disk films is introduced and stored in each of the second tanks connected to each of the first tanks. At the same time, the processing liquid introduced and stored in each of the second tanks is heated by hot water in the hot water tank to a temperature suitable for processing the disk film, and the temperature is maintained. becomes.

That is, when processing disk film, which is still in very small demand, it is not necessary to rely on a single processing device, but with processing equipment for photographic materials such as long photographic films, which are still consumed in large quantities today.
The overflow treatment liquid that had been discarded so far is docked so that it can be used, and the amount to be used is taken out from each of the stored overflow treatment liquids, and only this is brought to a temperature suitable for disk film processing, and this is used for disk film processing. In accordance with the order of film processing, the film is sequentially fed to the only disc film processing tank, making it possible to easily process even several disc films at any time.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above description, according to the invention, it is possible to develop a so-called disk film, which has not yet become popular and is in extremely low demand, by using a system that is dedicated to this purpose and has a complicated structure. Moreover, unlike conventional processing equipment that requires time and effort to operate, is wasteful, and is extremely uneconomical, photosensitive processing equipment such as long photographic film and photographic paper, which are still widely used today, The material processing equipment section is docked with a desk film processing equipment section that can utilize the overflow processing liquid that was previously discarded. The amount of each film is taken out and brought to a temperature suitable for processing the disc film, and then sequentially fed to the only disc film processing tank according to the order in which the disc film is processed, and the disc film is processed. Therefore, it is desirable to provide a processing device for photographic light-sensitive materials that is equipped with a disk film processing device section that can easily process even a few disk films at any time, has a simple structure, and is extremely economical. It became possible.
