板１５と、からなり、前記ケーシング１１の胴部
から前記栓本体３０のガス入口部を露出させると
ともに、前記開放部Ｓ内に該栓本体３０のガス入
口部を位置させ、ホルダ１０の胴部の開放部Ｓの
