NOX発生量および煤塵濃度の関係を、本実施例

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸線が鉛直な四角筒状のボイラ火炉の側壁面ま
    たはコーナ部にほぼ横向きに設けられ、上記ボイ
    ラ火炉の軸線を軸とする円筒面にバーナ軸の延長
    線が接する複数の主バーナと、同主バーナよりも
    上方の上記ボイラ火炉にほぼ横向きに設けられた
    複数のアデイシヨナル空気用吹込ノズルとを具え
    、上記主バーナから吹込まれる燃料および主バー
    ナ用空気により形成される主バーナ燃焼領域が還
    元性雰囲気または1%以下の低酸素濃度雰囲気に
    あり、かつ上記主バーナ燃焼領域で燃焼しなかつ
    た燃料が上記アデイシヨナル空気用吹込ノズルか
    ら吹込まれる空気により完全燃焼するようにした
    ボイラ火炉燃焼装置において、上記複数のアデイ
    シヨナル空気用吹込ノズルが少なくとも上下2段
    に分割して配置され、下段に配置された上記アデ
    イシヨナル空気用吹込ノズルは上記ボイラ火炉の
    コーナ部に設けられ、かつ上記ボイラ火炉の軸線
    を軸とし上記円筒面よりも径が大きい第2の円筒
    面にノズル軸の延長線が接しており、上段に配置
    された上記アデイシヨナル空気用吹込ノズルは上
    記ボイラ火炉の側壁面中央部に設けられ、かつ上
    記ボイラ火炉の軸線を軸とし上記第2の円筒面よ
    りも径が小さい第3の円筒面にノズル軸の延長線
    が接していることを特徴とするボイラ火炉燃焼装
    置。
