Claims (1)
- マイクロ波ＩＣ基板と金属キヤリアとにより構
成された第１のマイクロ波ＩＣ回路と上記第１の
マイクロ波ＩＣ回路と同様構成の第２のマイクロ
波ＩＣ回路を収納したＲＦモジユールを実装した
高周波回路において、上記第１のマイクロ波ＩＣ
回路の金属キヤリア端面に取付穴を有するフラン
ジを設けると共に、上記ＲＦモジユールの上記フ
ランジの取付穴と対応する位置に固定部を設け、
ネジにて上記第１のマイクロ波ＩＣ回路の金属キ
ヤリアとＲＦモジユールとを固定したことを特徴
とする高周波回路接続構造。
