However, the above-mentioned method of encapsulating an iron-based, organic-based, etc. oxygen absorber together with food has the problem that the oxygen absorber is not necessarily inexpensive and becomes a relatively large cost l/amp factor. On the other hand, in the method of enclosing a specific waste such as nitrogen gas or carbon dioxide gas, the gas replacement nozzle 1 that injects the waste into the inside of the container 2 is the injection nozzle 11, so An appropriate gap a must be provided between the sheet-like lid 4 and the container 2. However, it is extremely difficult to control the size of the gap a, and in reality it is not controlled at all. As a result, gas replacement was often incomplete, so the on-site response was to inject gas for a longer period of time.As a result, replacement gas was wasted (not only because it was a waste of time, but also because it was a waste of time). In addition, because the injection nozzle (1) is short, the injected gas may be immediately discharged from the gap (a), or the injected gas may not reach the depths of the container (2). There was also the problem that if the food was injected from a raised bed, turbulent flow would occur inside the container, making it impossible to perform gas replacement effectively. There is a need for the development of a device and method that can efficiently fill in anti-corrosive gases such as

As described above, in the gas replacement nozzle and gas replacement method of the present invention, the waste injection port of the injection nozzle is located deep from the center of the container, and the exhaust port is located close to the inner wall of the container on the nozzle insertion side. When replacing gas is supplied from the nozzle gas injection 11, the gas inside the container is exhausted from the gas on the nozzle insertion side, which has a high air component, so that the desired gas can be efficiently produced. [Example] Next, the present invention will be explained in detail based on the illustrated embodiment. The gas replacement nozzle 1 according to the present invention has an exhaust gas 1' on each side of the injection nozzle I1. 2, which supplies the inside of the container 2 with a desired gas (e.g. nitrogen gas, etc.)
The injection nozzle 11 has a gas inlet "1111" with a flat opening at the tip.
is provided long enough to reach the inner side of the container center C, and the exhaust air D 12 on both sides is provided short enough to approach the inner wall of the container on the nozzle insertion side. A connecting part 112 is protruded from the opposite side of the gas inlet 111 and can be connected to a gas cylinder 3 or the like filled with a desired gas via a gas hose 31. The opposite side is provided so as to be openable on the outside of the container 2. Note that an opening/closing valve 32, a pressure reducing valve 33, etc. are provided in the middle of the gas hose 31 as necessary. The gas replacement nozzle 1 configured as described above has the gas inlet 111 located at the back of the center C of the container from the lateral direction on the flange-shaped peripheral edge 21 surrounding the opening A of the container 2, and the exhaust 1
12 is installed close to the inner wall of the container on the nozzle insertion side. After arranging the gas replacement nozzle in this way, a flexible iron 1 and a sealable sheet-like lid 4 are prepared.
Cover the opening A of the gas exchange nozzle 1 with a suitable elastic material (e.g. sponge, urethane foam, etc.).
= 6- By means of the contact holding part 5 with 51 on the abutting end surface.
The peripheral portion of the sheet-like lid member 4 is brought into close contact with the flange-like peripheral edge 21 by pressing from the opposite direction. When the pressure reducing valve 33 is adjusted to an appropriate pressure, for example, 3 atmospheres, and the opening/closing valve 32 is opened with the seal 1/1 chisel cap 4 and the flanged peripheral edge 2l in close contact with each other, the desired amount is injected from the gas inlet 111. Gas is blown out and injected into the container 2. When the gas is injected, the internal pressure of the container 2 becomes higher than that of the outside air, so one gas is discharged from the air port 12 of υ14. Gas residence 1. .. .. .. .. Since the I t 1 1 is provided at the back of the container center C, and the exhaust air t 1 2 is arranged close to the inner wall of the container on the side of the nozzle, the air that originally existed inside the container is not absorbed. Efficiently replaced by gas. That is, inside the container 2, since the replacement gas is supplied from the back of the container, an air current is generated like the arrow IEII, and the gas with a certain concentration of air is sequentially discharged from the exhaust port 12, which improves efficiency. Good《Gas replaced. When the air component of the gas discharged from the exhaust gas 12 reaches a permissible value or less, the on-off valve 32 is closed or the flow rate is reduced, and the gas replacement nostle 1 is pulled out, and at the same time the sheet-like lid material 4 is closed. Pull it horizontally or diagonally downward with an appropriate device W (not shown) to eliminate the slight step 4l of the seam 1-shaped lid 4 that was created due to the insertion of the flat gas replacement nozzle 1. . In this manner, the sheet-like lid 4 is brought into close contact with the flange-shaped periphery 21 of the container 2, and the contact presser vJ5 is raised and separated, and the flange-shaped periphery 2J of the container 2 is attached to the flange-shaped periphery 2J by a heat sealing member (not shown). By adhering the periphery of the sorted lid 4, a desired gas can be sealed inside the container 2 containing food. Figures 4 and 5 show the sea 1 and
This is an example of gas replacement in which the seals 4 are brought into close contact with the flange-shaped peripheral edge 21 of the container 2 while the shaped lid 4 is immediately pressurized. That is, the container 2 is supported by engaging the flange-shaped peripheral edge 21 with a container support 6 formed in a substantially similar shape along the horizontal cut of the body of the container 2, and the gas replacement nozzle 1 and the sheet-like lid 4 are connected to each other. After arranging them in the same manner as above, the close contact 11 is bored into a ring shape.
The outer periphery of the flange-shaped peripheral edge 21 is pressed from the second side by the rl support part 5, and the sheet-shaped lids, I, J4 and the container support stand 6 are pressed together.
bring them into close contact. In this state, dregs are injected tD 1 1.
A desired gas is injected from No. 1 in the same manner as described above, and the air inside the container 2 is replaced with the injected gas. When the inside of the container 2 is replaced with the desired waste, the gas dispenser is stopped, the gas replacement nozzle 1 is pulled out, and the step 41 of the lid 4 is removed. The heat sealing member 7 formed in a ring shape so as to be able to come into contact with the flanged peripheral edge 21 is brought into contact with the lower part, and the sheet-like lid material 4 is adhered to the flanged peripheral edge 21 of the container 2. By forming the heat sealing part 7 so that it can enter into the close holding part 5 in this way, it is possible to heat seal the close holding part 5 without removing it, improving efficiency. . Note that whether or not the air inside the container 2 has been replaced with the desired gas as expected can be detected at any time by monitoring the gas discharged from the exhaust port 12 with a gas sensor, etc.
Since the cross-sectional area of 2 is constant, once the gas replacement conditions are determined experimentally, as long as the shape, content, etc. of container 2 remain unchanged, it will be reliable if gas is injected under the conditions set at the beginning. gas can be replaced. However, this does not preclude the combined use of a detection means such as a gas sensor.

As explained above, according to the gas replacement nozzle and gas replacement method of the present invention, the desired replacement gas is injected from the back of the container and discharged from the 111 gas on the nozzle insertion side. Gas replacement efficiency is high as gas with higher air content is exhausted in order. Moreover, since the exhaust port is always set at a constant rate, gas replacement can be performed stably, reducing the amount of injected gas used. At the same time, the injection time can be set to the minimum, resulting in a significant cost reduction.''The gas displacement nozzle and method having the above two effects are not limited to food packaging, but can also be used in general packaging. It is also widely applicable.
