本発明は天井埋込型空気調和機における吹出口装置に関

従来の技術
従来の建物の天井裏には空調と換気を行う換気空調ユニ
ットが備えられる。この換気空調ユニットは、ダクトを
介して天井面の吹出口より吹出す構成となっている。こ
の吹出口は第2図に示すような構成となっている。すな
わち、ダクト接続口となるアダプター1を有する本体2

かなシール材8を固着している。前記シール材8の先端
は、円筒部5の内周に強く当てられ円曲している。こう
して、窓内へ冷却された空気、および加熱された空気を
通風させるときは、前記ダンパー7を90°回転し、垂
直方向にして空気をグリル3側に通風させ、また、窓内
への空気吹出しを停止する場合は第2図のようにダンパ
ー7を水平方向になるようにさらに90°回転し、窓内

発明が解決しようとする課題

ため、前記円筒部6内面との間を接触しながら回転する

して直接居住者に伝播するため、居室者に、不快感をあ

実施例

り室内へ吹出すときはダンパー7の水平状態から、90
°回転させ垂直にする。さらに室内への吹出しを停止す
るときは、90゜回転してダンパー7を水平にする。前
記ダンパー7の外周端全体には、樹脂製からなり、布目
付きシリコン板8をダンパー7に固着しているが、前記
布目付きシリコン板8は少なくとも摩擦係数が少なく、
かつ、滑らかでなく、例えば100メツシユで山の高さ
はRmax、 25μm程度のものを使用しているもの

、静音化を図ることができ、吹出口装置に近い居住者に
対する不快感もなくなるなどの効果全有するものである
