This type of beam material is integrated with the wall to form a shear wall, but from the time the column steel frame is erected until the concrete of the wall develops the specified strength.
It serves as a temporary material to support the steel frame. Therefore, while being used as a temporary construction material, that is, until the concrete strength of the wall is developed, only the beam material must bear the load.
Great strength is required.

As shown in the figure, since H-shaped steel b was used, it has the strength (bending rigidity and lateral torsional rigidity) that can withstand the forces that act during use as a temporary construction material.
Due to the need to ensure
As a result, a wide beam-shaped part d with a thickness considerably greater than that of wall a is formed on the upper part of wall a (the connecting part between floor slab c and wall a). The disadvantages were that the interior spaces e and e were narrowed and the appearance of the interior was poor.

In view of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, the present invention has been developed to ensure sufficient strength to withstand the forces that act during use as a temporary construction material, while also being able to fit within the thickness of the wall in the tension direction, making it suitable for indoor use. The aim is to provide a beam material that makes effective use of space and improves aesthetics.

The technical measures taken by the present invention to achieve the above objectives are as follows. That is, the beam material according to the present invention has a pair of upper and lower steel pipes in which mortar is injected into their internal hollow parts, and plates for connecting to the two columns at both ends in the tension direction are fixed to both ends of the pair, and the plates are fixed to both the upper and lower steel pipes. It is characterized by having reinforcing bars wrapped in a spiral shape and fixed in place.

According to the above configuration, mortar is injected into the internal hollow part of the steel pipe, which inherently has high bending rigidity and lateral torsional rigidity, to strengthen it, and two steel pipes with such a configuration are arranged above and below, and furthermore, both steel pipes are Since the beams are connected to each other using spirally wound reinforcing bars, steel pipes with the smallest possible diameter are used, and even if the width of the beam is narrow, it can withstand the forces that act on it when used as a temporary construction material. Sufficient strength can be obtained.
