の背方には換気用開口1に沿つて棟長手方向の全
長に亘りゴム製の防水パツキン13を介装させて
いる。この防水パツキン13は下部が屋根材10
への密着性を良くするためブチルゴムのような軟
質ゴム製であり、上部が保形性を確保するためネ
オプレンゴムのような硬質ゴム製としている。こ
の下水切板3にはスペーサ6を介在させて上水切
板5を覆設している。上水切板5は下水切板3よ
りも幅広で棟軒方向の両側部は屋根勾配に沿つて
傾斜した、断面略逆V字状であり、所定箇所を切
