Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 平滑シートと波形シートからなる段ボール
状の素材を渦巻状又は積層状としてブロツク形状
に形成したエレメントであつて、 前記両シートで形成される流通路群がエレメン
トの軸線と交差するように設け、前記波形シート
または両シートは、多孔質ガラス繊維とフイブリ
ル化した有機バインダー繊維が混抄された多孔質
ガラスペーパーであることを特徴とする気体脱臭
、清浄用フイルター。 (2) 多孔質ガラス繊維はＢＥＴ表面積が４００m
2／ｇ以上、細孔径が５０Å以下、細孔容積が０
．４〜０．６cm3／ｇである請求項１に記載の気
体脱臭、清浄用フイルター。 (3) フイブリル化した有機バインダー繊維は、
芳香族ポリアミド系繊維等の耐熱性有機繊維であ
