- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 棒状の紫外線ランプと、該紫外線ランプを覆う
樋状の集光鏡と、これらを収納した灯体と、紫外
線ランプへの給電回路とを具備し、 前記給電回路に接続された温度ヒユーズが、棒
状の紫外線ランプの長手方向に直角な方向であつ
て、その内表面が紫外線ランプの直射光を受ける
位置に設けられた側板に接触して取付けられてい
ることを特徴とする紫外線による処理装置。
