Claims (1)
- 内燃エンジンのシリンダに開口する排気ポート
の開口面積を変更する制御弁と、該制御弁の開度
をエンジン運転状態に応じて決定する制御弁開度
決定手段と、該決定された制御弁開度に応じて前
記制御弁を駆動する駆動手段とを備えた、前記エ
ンジンを搭載した車両の車速制限装置において、
前記エンジンの回転数を検出するエンジン回転数
センサと、前記車両の変速機のギヤ位置を検出す
るギヤ位置センサとを設けるとともに、前記制御
弁開度決定手段は、エンジン回転数が所定値以上
のときギヤ位置に応じて前記エンジンの出力を低
下させるべく前記制御弁の開度を決定することを
特徴とする車速制限装置。
