【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明は、．液晶駆動回路に関し、例えばアクティブ
マトリックス構或の液晶表示パネルの走査線を駆動する
ものに利用して有効な技術に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
ＴＰＴ　｝ランジスタ（ｌ膜トランジスタ）を搭載した
アクティブマトリックス構或の液晶表示パネルに関して
は、例えば日経マグロウヒル社、１９　８　４年９月１
０日付『日経エレクトロニクス』頁２１１等がある。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、制御信号によりシフトレジスタにより形成された出
    力信号が、シフトクロックパルスの半周期分だけ選択的
    に有効にされる機能を付加したことを特徴とする液晶駆
    動回路。 ２、上記液晶駆動回路は、走査線駆動信号と信号線駆動
    との双方に利用可能とされるものであり、上記制御信号
    は交流化信号であり、この交流化信号としてシフトレジ
    スタのシフトクロックを用いるとともに、正又は負の点
    燈レベルを選択レベルとし、残りのレベルは共通に非選
    択レベルの電圧を印加することを特徴とする特許請求の
    範囲第１項記載の液晶駆動回路。 ３、上記液晶駆動回路は、液晶表示パネルの左右分けて
    設けられ、奇数番目と偶数番目の走査線を交互に駆動す
    るものであることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１又は
    第２項記載の液晶駆動回路。
