Claims (1)
- 一端に発熱体が、他端にヒートシンクがそれぞ
れ取付けられる気密性円管と、該円管内に封止さ
れ、気相と液相に相変化することにより円管の両
端間で熱の伝搬を行う作動媒体と、前記円管内の
圧力に対応して伸縮するベローズと、前記ベロー
ズの動きに連動して前記円管の両端間での作動媒
体のながれを断続させる弁部とを有することを特
徴とするヒートパイプ型サーマルスイツチ。
