Claims (1)
成された通風路内に、熱交換器と送風機が炉内の
空気を加熱し循環させるように配設されてなる乾
燥炉と、 熱媒油を入れる油槽の下に、油槽を加熱するた
めの燃焼バーナを設けた熱媒体加熱器と、を備え
、 該油槽の底部が熱媒油供給用のポンプの給入側
に管路接続され、該ポンプの吐出側が方向切換弁
を介して前記熱交換器の一端に管路で接続され、
該熱交換器の他端が管路を介して該油槽の上部に
接続され、該方向切換弁の一方のポートが油槽の
上部に管路接続され、乾燥炉内の温度が設定温度
以上に上昇したとき、該ポンプからの熱媒油を該
油槽内に直接戻すように構成したことを特徴とす
る熱風式乾燥装置。 (2) 前記乾燥炉がトンネル式乾燥炉であつて、
炉内の長手方向に沿つて被乾燥物搬送用のチエー
ンコンベヤが敷設されている請求項１記載の熱風
