Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は極めて能率的にしてコスト安に緯糸捺
染を行い得る新しい板巻捺染方式における表裏糸
同時捺染法に係るものにして、一実施例を示す添
付図面を参照して詳述すると次の通りである。
四辺内側を開放窓１に形成した着尺織物巾に等
しい金属、プラスチツクなどの薄板製の方形枠２
に両耳部付近に模様が表現されない着尺織物の緯
糸３を上部から下部にぐるぐる巻きに順次捲回
し、布、ゴム板などのアンダー４を敷いた捺染台
５上に載置し、開放窓１内に位置する表裏の緯糸
３を同時に型紙捺染することを特徴とするもので
ある。
図中符号６は捺染型紙である。
緯糸捺染の一方法として巻板に緯糸を捲き、先
ず片側の糸を型紙捺染し、裏返して反対側を型紙
捺染する方法がある。
この捺染は表と裏とでぐるぐる巻きする捲回糸
の斜行向きが反対になる為表用型紙と裏用型紙と
が必要となり、捺染作業も表と裏と別々に二度行
わなければならない。
本発明は、かかる欠点を解決したもので、先ず
薄板製の方形枠を使用して緯糸をぐるぐる巻きに
するものであるから表裏の糸は在来法の巻板の場
合と違つて非常に接近して捲回されていることに
なる。
従つて、これをアンダーを敷いた捺染台上に載
置し、開放窓内の一部を染める捺染型紙を当てて
押えつければ表裏の糸はアンダー上に押え込ま
れ、一枚の捺染型紙で表裏の緯糸が同時に捺染し
得ることになる。
この為表裏２枚の型紙を使用し、二度の表裏捺
染作業が必要な在来法に比較して極めて能率的に
してコスト安な緯糸捺染法となる。
唯方形枠の枠巾部分は捺染不可能となる欠点が
あるが、本発明は両耳部付近に模様が表現されな
い着尺模様の緯糸を対象とするから方形枠の枠巾
部分が捺染不能であつても何等の支障がなく、こ
の捺染法を採用し得ることになる秀れた特長を発
揮する。

第１図は方形枠の平面図、第２図は捺染方法の
正断面図である。 １……開放窓、２……方形枠、３……緯糸、４
……アンダー、５……捺染台。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 四辺内側を開放窓に形成した着尺織物巾に等
    しい薄板製の方形枠に両耳部付近に模様が表現さ
    れない着尺織物の緯糸を上部から下部にぐるぐる
    巻きに順次捲回し、アンダーを敷いた捺染台上に
    載置し、開放窓内に位置する表裏の緯糸を同時に
    型紙捺染することを特徴とする板巻捺染方式にお
    ける表裏糸同時捺染法。
