- ヘツダ上に回路基板を搭載し、この回路基板を
前記ヘツダに被せたキヤツプで気密封止し、かつ
このキヤツプの頂部に周波数調整用の調整ねじを
配設した気密封止パツケージにおいて、前記キヤ
ツプの上面に上部キヤツプを一体的に取着し、こ
の上部キヤツプで前記調整ねじを気密封止するよ
うに構成したことを特徴とする気密封止パツケー
