発信地域の情報を記憶する地域情報記憶手段と、
現在時刻を計時する計時手段と、上記地域情報記
憶手段に記憶された地域情報に対する呼出し相手
の市外局番および上記計時手段の現在時刻から単
位通話料金を決定する単位通話料金決定手段と、
所定の金額を記憶する金額記憶手段と、この金額
記憶手段に記憶された所定金額と上記単位通話料
金決定手段で決定された単位通話料金から所定金
額に対応する通話時間を求める制御手段と、この
制御手段により求められた通話時間毎に報知を行
う報知手段とを具備したことを特徴とするオート
