Claims (1)
水素及び/又は一酸化炭素を触媒反応により水又
は二酸化炭素に変換する触媒接触装置を備えた空
気液化分離装置の前処理装置において、前記触媒
を上流側の第一触媒と、下流側の第二触媒とに分
割し、該第一触媒と第二触媒との間に、第一触媒
通過後の原料空気を導出するバイパス回路を設け
、該バイパス回路と前記第二触媒出口側回路とを
接続するとともに、第一触媒出口部に前記原料空
気中の水素及び/又は一酸化炭素の濃度を検出す
る分析計を設け、該分析計の出力により開閉を制
御される自動弁を、前記バイパス回路及び第二触
媒出口側回路のそれぞれに配設したことを特徴と
