Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シリコン基板の周辺部に肉厚の保護枠部を備え
ると共に、中央部にリガメントにより支承された
ミラー部分とコイル部分を有し、磁界中に設置し
た状態でコイル部分に形成されたコイルに駆動電
流を供給すると少なくともミラー部分が駆動電流
に比例した角度だけ偏向するように構成されたシ
リコン光偏向子において、 前記保護枠部のシリコン基板に拡散を行つてフ
オトダイオードを形成し、このフオトダイオード
により得られる電流で前記コイルを駆動するよう
に構成したことを特徴とするシリコン光偏向子。
