Claims (1)
- 低嵩比重材を溶解する溶解槽と、バーナにより
溶湯を加熱する溶解加熱炉とを仕切壁により仕切
り、この仕切壁には、前記溶解槽と溶解加熱炉に
収容される溶湯を流通する溶湯流通口が設けてあ
り、前記溶解槽の内部に設けた溶湯ポンプの吐出
口には、頂部開口部を有するつりがね状チヤンバ
を連結して、このつりがね状チヤンバの頂部開口
部に低嵩比重材の投入口を対向させて成り、つり
がね状チヤンバの頂部開口部から噴出する渦流溶
湯に低嵩比重材を落下させて、低嵩比重材を溶湯
との対流伝熱によつて加熱溶解させることを特徴
とする非鉄合金溶解装置。
