Claims (1)
- ボイラ点火より併入までの起動スケジユールを
決定するのに必要なプラントの状態量（例えばタ
ービン第一段後メタル温度やタービン前主蒸気温
度等）を計測する検出部と、停缶中の現時点から
タービン通気までの時間を計算する演算部と、ボ
イラ、タービンの冷却特性とボイラ起動特性とか
ら最適なボイラ初点火時間を決定する演算部と、
冷却特性をオンラインで修正する上気状態量を記
憶する記憶部と、逐一冷却特性を求めてゆく演算
部とから成ることを特徴とする発電プラント起動
