Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 有機溶剤の洗浄液をヒーターで沸騰させて
蒸発させる蒸留槽の上方に冷却管コイルを配置し
た有機溶剤を使用する洗浄装置において、前記冷
却管コイルの高さ方向に冷却補助部材を密着させ
て取り付けた構成にして成ることを特徴とする有
機溶剤を使用する洗浄装置の冷却装置。 (2) 冷却補助部材は、冷却管コイルの高さ方向
の一方側または両側に取り付けて成る請求項第１
項に記載の有機溶剤を使用する洗浄装置の冷却装
置。 (3) 冷却補助部材は、ステンレス板である請求
項第１項又は請求項第２項に記載の有機溶剤を使
用する洗浄装置の冷却装置。
