流入管、４は送気管、５は散気装置、６は流動床
濃厚相室、７は拡開壁、８は気液分離隔壁、９は
気泡収集用隔壁、１０は上方壁（又は溢流堰）、
１１は流動床希薄相室、１２は気泡収集室、１３
は固液分離室、１４は処理水流出管、１５は連通
孔である。

る気泡収集用隔壁とを備えた気液固接触反応槽を
有する排水処理装置において、 前記気液分離隔壁の水面付近に孔を設けて、流
動床希薄相室と気泡収集室とを連通させたことを
特徴とする排水処理装置。 (2) 底部壁と、 底部壁の周囲に立設されている下方壁、下方壁
の上部から外方に向つて拡開された拡開壁、およ
び拡開壁から上方に立設していて最上部が溢流堰
