供給装置が連通されている培養槽本体内に、循環
する流動担体が収蔵される籠を設置してバイオ水
溶液を製造すべく設けられた有効微生物培養槽と
、該培養槽の前記排水口に接続されて引出される
配管の先端に設けられたビルデイングの排液貯留
槽内の上部に臨み、その貯留槽内に前記バイオ水
溶液を散水すべく設けられたノズルと、上記培養
槽本体内の上記給水口への水道水の流入および上
記バイオ自動供給装置からのバイオと栄養源の添
加、上記ばつ気装置の稼動、排水口からのバイオ
水溶液の排出を１サイクルとして制御すべく設け
られた制御部と、で構成されたことを特徴とする
