Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ポンプハウジングに軸受を介して枢着した
    ポンプ軸の一端にインペラを固設し、該インペラ
    と軸受間にメカニカルシール装置を設け、且つ前
    記ポンプハウジングの前記インペラの背側にポン
    プ軸を囲繞する中空部を設け、このポンプハウジ
    ングに前記中空部が大気に連通する蒸気孔および
    ／またはドレン孔を穿設したウオータポンプであ
    つて、該蒸気孔および／またはドレン孔に対向す
    るようにダストカバーを前記中空部内に設置した
    ことを特徴とするウオータポンプ。 (2) ダストカバーをメカニカルシール装置のシ
    ールハウジングを延長して構成したことを特徴と
    するウオータポンプ。
