Claims (1)
- マイクロ波ＩＣ基板と金属キヤリアより構成さ
れるマイクロ波ＩＣ回路と、金属製ケースの一部
に気密封止用の端子を有する気密パツケージから
なるマイクロ波ＩＣ回路において、マイクロ波Ｉ
Ｃ基板表面と裏面をパターンにより接続した表裏
接続用グランドパターンと、上記表裏接続用グラ
ンドパターンに取付けられたバネ状の弾性体から
なるグランド端子を設けたことを特徴とするマイ
クロ波ＩＣ回路。
