For the purpose of whole body management of seriously ill patients in hospitals etc.
Bedside monitors, which mainly monitor electrocardiograms and blood pressure, and respiratory monitors, which monitor ventilation and gas exchange, have been installed, and in recent years, the data measured by these monitors has become centrally managed. . This monitoring of emergencies for seriously ill patients is normally carried out on a central monitor at a nursing station, etc., but in case there is no one at the nursing station, an alarm display device is installed at the patient's bedside to notify of emergencies. . Considering the environment of a hospital room, this alarm display device cannot use harsh lights or sounds, so conventionally one light source was covered with a colored cover and configured to turn on or flash in the event of an emergency. It had been.

In the conventional alarm display device configured as described above, since it is lit as a simple light emitter in a relatively bright hospital room, it has been difficult to confirm it particularly from a distance. Furthermore, since there is only one light source, the light is strong in the vicinity of the light source, and the light attenuates toward the periphery, making it impossible to perform a sufficient display.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an alarm display device that allows the patient's emergency condition to be easily confirmed even from a distance in a bright hospital room.

This device is installed at the bedside of a seriously ill patient.
In this alarm display device consisting of a housing containing a light source for notifying the patient's emergency condition, at least a part of the surface through which the light emitted from the light source passes through the housing is provided with a light-opaque portion and a colored light source. A lattice-like filter is provided in which transmitting portions are alternately formed.

According to the above configuration, the periphery of the lattice-shaped portion through which light is transmitted is black and no light is transmitted therethrough, so that the contrast is large and the light emitting portion can be easily confirmed. Furthermore, since there are two or more light sources, the light is evenly illuminated over the entire surface of the filter, reducing attenuation of surrounding light.
Moreover, since the light is irradiated only from the grid-like light-transmitting parts, the amount of light is not large and does not affect the environment inside the hospital room.

1, 2, and 3 are a front view, a side view, and a plan view, respectively, showing a filter according to an embodiment of the alarm display device according to the present invention. Filter 1
is made of a light-transparent red plastic member, such as a PVC board or an acrylic board, and on the back side, black grid-shaped light-impermeable parts 2 are horizontally printed at approximately regular intervals by silk printing. Multiple lines are printed in one direction. Between these light-opaque parts 2, a red plastic material is exposed to form a light-transmissive part 3. One black lattice-shaped light-opaque portion 4 is printed in the vertical direction approximately at the center of each of the front surface of the filter 1 and the rear surface opposite to the front surface. When actually manufacturing this filter 1, as shown in the developed view in FIG. It is screen printed and bent into a rectangular shape so that the printed surface is on the inside and the longitudinal light-impermeable part 4 is located almost in front of each of the front and rear surfaces, and both ends are joined to form the filter 1. do. An adhesive is further printed on the light-opaque parts 2 and 4 on the back side of the filter 1.
As shown in a plan view in FIG. 5, the filter 1 is fitted into and bonded to a casing 5 of an alarm display device. The light source 6 is provided so as to be located approximately at the center of a portion of the housing 5 divided into left and right portions by the vertical light-opaque portion 4 .

As shown in a perspective view in FIG. 6, the filter 1 configured as described above is provided around the upper part of a box-shaped housing 5 to form an alarm display device. According to this embodiment, the light emitted from the light source inside the housing 5 is radiated to the outside from the light-transmitting part 3 of the filter 1, and due to the contrast with the black light-impermeable part 2 in the surrounding area, the light is emitted from the light transmitting part 3 of the filter 1. It can be easily monitored even from Furthermore, since two light sources 6 are provided within the housing 5, there is little attenuation of light even around the light sources 6, and the display is uniform, and the light is also emitted only from the grid-shaped light transmitting section 3. Therefore, the amount of light is not high enough to damage the environment inside the hospital room.

7, 8, 9 and 10 are a front view, a side view, a plan view and a developed view, respectively, showing other embodiments of the present invention, in which the filter 1 is shaped like a U to house the light source. This is an example of covering three directions of the casing. Vertical light-blocking parts 4 are formed at both ends of the horizontal grid-shaped light-blocking parts 2 .
FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing the filter 1 installed in a casing 5 of an alarm display device, and the casing 5 is supported by a bendable stand 7.

In the above embodiment, the case where the light non-transmissive part 2 is black and the light transmitting part 3 is red is explained, but the respective colors are not limited to black and red, and a combination of colors with high contrast can be used. If so, it may be of any other color. Further, the shape of the vertical and horizontal grid-like light-opaque portions 2 is not limited to the illustrated shape. Furthermore, the number of light sources is not limited to two, and may be two or more as long as it does not affect the environment of the hospital room.

As described above, according to the present invention, at least two light sources are provided in the light-emitting part of the housing of the alarm display device to notify the emergency situation of a seriously ill patient, and the light-opaque part and the colored light-transmissive part are alternately arranged. Since a lattice-shaped filter is provided around the outer periphery of the light emitting section, the alarm display can be easily and reliably confirmed even from a distance within the hospital room.
