Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 下記の構造を有する表面に天然皮革繊維を
    主体とする複合材質で被覆装飾された家具。 (a) 家具の表面に、天然皮革繊維を主体とす
    る複合材質よりなる革繊維複合層１が形成されて
    いる。 (b) この革繊維複合層１の表面に、透明ない
    し半透明の塗膜２が設けられている。 (c) 革繊維複合層１は、天然皮革繊維を主体
    とする合成高分子化合物との複合材質を所定の厚
    さに家具の表面上に形成されている。 (d) 革繊維複合層１を形成する天然皮革繊維
    は、天然皮革の裁断屑より解繊回収された短繊維
    状のものである。 (e) 革繊維複合層１は、成型後に研磨により
    凸部を削り取られている。 (2) 下記の構造を有する表面に天然皮革繊維を
    主体とする複合材質で被覆層飾された家具。 (a) 家具の表面に天然皮革繊維を主体とする
    複合材質よりなる革繊維複合層１が形成されてい
    る。 (b) この革繊維複合層１の表面に、透明ない
    し半透明の塗膜２が設けられている。 (c) 革繊維複合層１は、天然皮革繊維を主体
    とする合成高分子化合物との複合材質を所定の厚
    さに家具の表面上に形成されている。 (d) 革繊維複合層１を形成する天然皮革繊維
    は、天然皮革の裁断屑より解繊回収された短繊維
    状のものである。 (e) 革繊維複合層１は、成型後に研磨により
    凸部を削り取られている。 (f) 革繊維複合層１は成型後、あるいは革繊
    維を合成高分子化合物と混練り前に着色されてい
    る。 (g) 革繊維複合層１は、第３成分として金属
    粉、魚鱗箔、繊維状物質の何れかが混入されてい
    る。
