However, the manner of reproducing and using the information recorded on the recorded information recording medium RM is as follows.
For example, the recorded information recording medium RM is scanned with a readout beam that is optically deflected in a predetermined scanning manner, and thereby the reproduction light obtained from the recorded information recording medium RM is photoelectrically converted to correspond to the recorded information. By obtaining and using an electric signal, or by projecting a reading light and projecting the reproduction light obtained from the recorded information recording medium RM onto a screen, or by projecting the reading light again, the recorded information recording medium RM can be used. The reproduced light obtained from the RM can be used in its optical state by being subjected to signal processing by an optical signal processing device.

材層部材を用いているので。(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above detailed explanation, the information recording and reproducing method of the present invention includes an information recording medium in which at least electrodes and a light modulating material layer member having a memory effect are laminated;
A recording member including at least an electrode and a photoconductive layer member is disposed facing each other, and the recording member and the recording member generated by the voltage applied to the picture electrode and the electromagnetic radiation incident on the recording member. Based on the electric field intensity distribution between the information recording medium and the information recording medium, the light modulating material layer member having a memory effect changes the intensity with respect to electromagnetic radiation for reproduction in accordance with the information to be recorded. The information to be recorded is recorded on the information recording medium in a manner that may cause the information to be recorded, and the information to be recorded is recorded by injecting electromagnetic radiation for reproduction into the recorded recording medium. In an information recording and reproducing system that reproduces electromagnetic radiation that exhibits intensity changes corresponding to information, an information recording medium that includes a light modulating material layer member that has a memory effect is used as a recording member. Based on the electric field strength distribution between the information recording medium and the information recording medium B, the light modulating material layer member having a memory effect in the information recording medium responds to electromagnetic radiation for reproduction in accordance with the information to be recorded. The information targeted for recording is recorded on an information recording medium in a recording manner that can cause intensity changes, and the information targeted for recording is recorded by injecting electromagnetic radiation for reproduction into the recorded recording medium. Since electromagnetic radiation is reproduced that exhibits a change in intensity corresponding to the information, there is no need to use a read head as in conventional devices when reading recorded information from a recorded recording medium. In a conventional recording/reproducing device, during reproduction, recorded information recorded in the form of a charge image on the information recording medium RM is read from the information recording medium by a reading head disposed facing the information recording medium with a small distance therebetween. The problem is that in order to read the charge image in RM well, a complicated configuration is required to arrange the read head in such a way that a constant minute distance is maintained between the surface of the information recording medium and the read head. However, this does not occur in the present invention, and since the information recording medium does not need to record and hold a charge image on its surface, the storage stability of the recording is also good. According to the present invention, all of the conventional problems mentioned above can be satisfactorily solved. Furthermore, a light modulating material layer member having a memory effect and capable of operating in a light scattering mode is used as a recording member in the information recording medium.
