Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 検出エリアに向けて光を照射すべく順次点灯さ
    れる複数の投光素子と、これらの投光素子と対を
    なすように設けられて前記検出エリアからの光を
    受ける複数の受光素子と、この受光素子からの受
    光信号が与えられる判断手段とを備えたものにお
    いて、複数の入力ラインを備えそのうちの１つを
    選択的に出力ラインに出力する選択回路を設け、
    ある１つの投光素子が発光したときに、その投光
    素子と対をなす受光素子とその投光素子からの光
    による影響を受けない１個以上の受光素子とを並
    列接続して１つのグループを構成し、全受光素子
    を同様にして複数のグループに分けると共にそれ
    らの各グループを前記選択回路の各入力ラインに
    接続し、この選択回路の出力ラインからの信号を
    前記判断手段に与えるようにしたことを特徴とす
    るエリアセンサ。
