Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 偏光子、検光子のいずれか一方の偏光素子とフ
アラデー回転子ホルダ、フアラデー回転子、永久
磁石及びケースホルダが金属融着により一体化固
定され、また他方の偏光素子とケースホルダもし
くは偏光素子と磁性ヨークとケースホルダが金属
融着により一体化固定された二分割体構造とし、
それぞれ配置された偏光素子の偏光面が４５°回
転した位置で前記二分割体が金属融着により一体
化された光アイソレータにおいて、前記フアラデ
ー回転子ホルダの熱膨脹係数βと、前記フアラデ
ー回転子の熱膨脹係数αとの比が、 ０．８＜α/β＜１．２ に設定することを特徴とする光アイソレータ。
