Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 特定方向に往復動作する据付型の第１のアク
チユエータ２１と、前記第１のアクチユエータ２
１の移動部分２３に取り付けられて他の方向に往
復動作する移動側の第２のアクチユエータ２６と
を有する駆動装置に装着される配管設備１におい
て、前記第１のアクチユエータ２１の固定部分２
２に取り付けられる固定ポート部材２と、前記第
１のアクチユエータ２１の移動部分２３または前
記第２のアクチユエータ２６の固定部分２７に取
り付けられる移動ポート部材９とを有し、前記固
定ポート部材２と移動ポート部材９を、一方に固
定されて他方に摺動自在に挿入されたパイプ部材
１２，１３によつて接続し、圧力供給源から前記
固定ポート部材２、パイプ部材１２，１３および
移動ポート部材９を介して前記第２のアクチユエ
ータ２６に作動圧力を供給することを特徴とする
配管設備。 ２ 前記固定ポート部材２または移動ポート部材
９が継手１８，１９であることを特徴とする第１
項記載の配管設備。
