- ダイヤフラムの変位を利用してガス圧の変動を
検知し開閉信号を出力する圧力スイツチにおいて
、ダイヤフラムを円形皿状とし、その凹面に同芯
のリング状溝を設けたことを特徴とする圧力スイ
ツチ。
