Among hearing aids, particularly small hearing aids, such as behind-the-ear, glasses-type, and in-the-ear hearing aids, due to their small size, the microphone and the earphone, which is the source of sound and vibration, are placed close to each other. Therefore, howling inevitably became a problem.

On the other hand, a suspension is used for the purpose of blocking vibrations from the earphone to the microphone. FIGS. 1 and 2 show how this conventional suspension is used. 1 is a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped earphone, and 1A is a sound hole portion. Reference numeral 2 denotes an annular suspension made of an elastic body such as rubber, and is attached to the outer periphery of the earphone 1 in close contact with it. 2A is a plurality of conical projections provided on the outer periphery of the suspension 2. Reference numeral 3 designates a sound guiding tube which is also made of an elastic material such as rubber and is attached to the sound hole 1A.

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing such an earphone incorporated into a behind-the-ear hearing aid. 4 is a hearing aid case. Reference numeral 5 designates a hook connecting portion that projects outward from the hearing aid case 4, and a hook, a sound guiding tube, and ear plugs (not shown) are sequentially attached to the tip of the hook connecting portion.
Reference numeral 6 denotes a partition wall that isolates the earphone 1 from the microphone 7. In this way, the earphone 1 is supported by the tube 3, which is an elastic body, and the suspension 2, which is also an elastic body. To be precise, the projection 2A of the suspension 2 comes into contact with the partition wall 6 and the hearing aid case 4 and is supported. Therefore, the presence of the suspension 2 in conjunction with the partition wall 6 prevents vibrations and sounds generated in the earphone 1 from being transmitted to the microphone 7. Note that the microphone 8 is attached closely around the microphone 7.
It is a suspension after all, and has the same shape as Suspension 2 for earphones mentioned above. The purpose is also to block vibrations.

FIGS. 4 and 5 are diagrams showing other conventional suspensions in use. That is, a suspension 2 having a substantially rectangular cylindrical shape integrally formed with a tube 3 is used. 2A is a plurality of conical projections provided at the end of the suspension 2.

Earphone 1 inside suspension 2 like this
FIG. 6 shows a structure in which the hearing aid is tightly housed in a behind-the-ear hearing aid. As in the previous embodiment, the earphone 1 is supported by the tube 3 and the projection 2A of the suspension 2 that engages the partition wall 6 and the hearing aid case 4. Note that the microphone section is omitted.

However, such suspension has not yet been fully satisfactory in high-output, high-gain hearing aids. In other words, the earphones and the suspension are in close contact with each other, and as shown in Figures 3 and 6, the suspension is in contact with the hearing aid case and bulkhead that support the microphone. It could not be said that the damping of the vibrations transmitted by the system was sufficient.

The present invention has been devised in consideration of the above points, and the first object is to provide a high-output, high-gain hearing aid that is free from feedback. Furthermore, it is an object of the present invention to prevent damage to the earphone due to impact such as when the hearing aid is dropped.

In order to achieve this purpose, in this invention,
The suspension is made of an elastic body such as rubber and has a bag shape, and the inner wall of the suspension supports the earphone via a projection.

In FIGS. 7 and 8, 11 is an earphone. Reference numeral 12 denotes a substantially rectangular cylindrical suspension, which is made of an elastic material such as rubber. The shape of this suspension may be formed in advance into a rectangular cylindrical shape to match the external shape of the earphones as in this example, but the important thing is that it has enough space inside to accommodate the earphones. A bag-like shape is sufficient. 12A
is, for example, a conical or chevron-shaped protrusion formed on the inner wall of the suspension 12. Therefore, the earphone 11 is placed inside the suspension 12 by the protrusion 12.
Even A will be supported as if floating in space. 13 is an opening for inserting the earphone 11 into the suspension 12. 14 is earphone 1
This is a penetrating protrusion that is provided at the tip of the sound hole and through which the sound guide tube connected to the sound hole passes. Penetrating protrusion 1
4 is constructed integrally with the suspension 12, and is also made of an elastic material such as rubber. 1
2B is a groove into which a sealing plate, which will be described later, is fitted.

FIG. 9 is a diagram in which the suspension housing the earphones shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 is incorporated into a behind-the-ear hearing aid. 15 is a hearing aid case, and 16 is a partition wall that isolates the microphone 17 from the earphone 11. 18 is a sound guide tube connected to the sound hole of the earphone 11. The penetrating protrusion 14, which is one end of the suspension 12, is supported by the hearing aid case 15, and the other end is coupled and supported by the partition wall 16 and the hearing aid case 15. 19 suspension 12

FIG. 10 shows another embodiment. In the embodiment described above, the earphone 11 was housed in a suspension 12 having a protrusion 1A on the inner wall, and the earphone 11 was supported by the protrusion 12A. However, since it is sufficient that the earphone is supported by the protrusion, the protrusion made of an elastic body may protrude from the earphone side. That is, 21 is an earphone, and an annular suspension 22 made of an elastic material such as rubber is closely attached to the outer periphery of the earphone. The outer wall of the annular suspension 22 is formed with a protrusion 22A having a conical shape or the like. Reference numeral 23 designates a substantially rectangular cylindrical suspension made of an elastic material such as rubber. 23A is a protrusion provided on the outer periphery of the suspension 23. When the hearing aid is assembled into the hearing aid, this protrusion 23A hits the hearing aid case and the bulkhead, causing the suspension 23 to

As described above, according to the present invention, since the earphone is supported by the suspension via the protrusion,
The vibration damping effect is greater than that of conventional devices, and howling is therefore less likely to occur, making it ideal for high-output, high-gain hearing aids.

In addition, according to this invention, sound leakage from the earphones is prevented from passing through by the suspension and the partition wall, so the sound insulation effect is large, and from this point of view, it is ideal for high-output, high-gain hearing aids. It is.
Further effects can be expected if a sealing plate is used.

Furthermore, since the earphones are supported by the protrusions made of an elastic material, the cushioning effect is large, which is useful for protecting the earphones when a hearing aid is dropped, for example.
