加熱室２の上板４に開口部５を形成し、この開口
部５の外表面に赤外線を透過し易いセラミツクプ
レート６とマイクロ波を装置外に漏洩防止する金
属製の仕切板７とを順次取付け、仕切板７の上側
に夫々クツシヨン性を有する上断熱ケース８と下
断熱ケース９を取付け、この両ケース８，９間に
赤外線を放射する複数本のハロゲンランプヒータ
１０ａ，１０ｂを設け、断熱ケースの外かくをお
おう金属製のカバー１１が上板４に複数本のネジ
１２で取付けられる構造で、カバー１１のフラン
ジ部１１−ａと上板４の間に仕切板７と金属製線
材で編成されてなるガスケツト１３がネジ１２で
共締めされており、仕切板７は下断熱ケース９の
下端面９−ｂでプレート６に圧縮接触してプレー
ト６と仕切板７の外周部のギヤツプがゼロとなる
