Claims (1)
- 圧電素子を駆動体及び固定台に固着させ、駆動
体に接触させた移動体を摺動させる圧電アクチユ
エータにおいて、前記駆動体と前記固定台の前記
圧電素子が固着される部分を少なくとも３つの側
面を有する凹部構造とし、前記圧電素子の少なく
とも３つの側端面が前記凹部側面とはめ合せて固
着したことを特徴とする圧電アクチユエータ。
