にした自動車用パワウインドウ装置の制御回路を
、パワウインドウスイツチの上昇側操作によりコ
レクタ端子電位が電源電位から接地点電位に切換
わる上昇作動用トランジスタと、上記パワウイン
ドウスイツチの下降側操作によりコレクタ端子電
位が電源電位から接地点電位に切換わる下降作動
用トランジスタと、ソース端子が電源に接続され
た2個のP型パワモスFETの各ドレイン端子が
ソース端子が接地点に接続された2個の電流検出
端子付きN型パワモスFETの各ドレイン端子に
それぞれ接続され、その両接続点間に上記電動モ
ータを接続し、上記ドレイン端子同志が接続され
たP型パワモスFET及び電流検出端子付きN型
パワモスFETのゲート端子同志を接続し、その
両接続点を上記上昇作動用トランジスタ及び下降
作動用トランジスタの各コレクタ端子に接続して
なるブリツジ回路と、該ブリツジ回路を構成する
電流検出端子付きN型パワモスFETの該電流検
出端子にて検出された検出電流から演算により上
記電動モータに流れる電流値を求め、該電流値が
予め設定された設定値を越えて継続する継続時間
が予め設定された設定時間以内であれば電動モー
タの突入電流であると判定すると共に、ウインド
ウが全開状態から全閉状態に至る間の電流値の推
移を予め計測して求めた正常な場合における電流
値の推移と比較することによりリアルタイムでパ
ワウインドウ装置の故障診断を行うマイクロコン
ピユータとから構成したことを特徴とする自動車
