記給気流を流通させ第2の流路には上記排気流を
流通させる熱交換器と、上記給気流路内に設置さ
れ直流高電圧の印加により空気中の塵埃粒子を帯
電吸着させる電気集塵フイルタと、上記給気口、
第1吸気口及び第2吸気口に設けられ第1の状態
では上記給気口及び第2吸気口を開放して上記第
1吸気口を閉塞し、第2の状態では上記給気口及
び第2吸気口を閉塞して上記第1吸気口を開放す
