段と、各部屋に流れる空気流量を測定する風量測
定手段と、この風量測定手段と上記熱負荷測定手
段およびダンパ開度測定手段の出力に基づいてダ
ンパの開閉を制御するダンパ制御手段と、ダンパ
開度測定手段によつて測定された各ダンパ開度の
合計量に基づいて上記送風機の回転数を制御する
送風機制御手段と、熱負荷測定手段とダンパ開度
測定手段の出力に基づいて空気調和機の能力を制
御する能力制御手段とを設けたことを特徴とする
