- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基板４と、 該基板４に実装されたＬＳＩ５と、 該ＬＳＩ５の実装位置に対応して冷却液を噴射
するノズル７を有するモジユール１と、 該基板４と該モジユール１とを密閉状態に保つ
スペーサ９とにより構成され、 該ＬＳＩ５を個別に冷却してなる浸漬冷却構造
に於いて、 前記モジユール１の前記ＬＳＩ５側面図に、内
部に前記ノズル７が形成されたシリンダ６を当該
ＬＳＩ５の実装領域に対応して設けたことを特徴
とする浸漬冷却構造。
