と、前記コラムハウジングに連結され、前記ピニ
オンギアに対し偏心状態で内歯噛合するリングギ
アを回転自在に保持するギアハウジングと、前記
リングギアに連結されたステアリングホイールと
、前記ステアリングホイールの略中心部に配設さ
れた非回転部材と、この非回転部材と前記リング
ギアとの間にそれぞれ圧入状態で介設され、前記
非回転部材に対して前記リングギアを回転自在に
支持する軸受部材と、前記非回転部材を前記ギア
ハウジング側に固定する固定ボルトと、この固定
ボルトに螺着されるナツト部材と前記非回転部材
との間に介設され、前記軸受部材の遊びを防止す
る弾性部材とを具備したことを特徴とする自動車
