- 走査型トンネル顕微鏡のホルダに挿設され且つ
近接する導体表面との間に流れるトンネル電流を
検出する走査型トンネル顕微鏡の探針であつて、
前記ホルダに対する前記探針の先端位置を位置決
めする係合部を前記探針に形成したことを特徴と
する走査型トンネル顕微鏡の探針。
