Claims (1)

パの働きをする液晶素子と、前記焦電素子及び液
晶素子を覆うキヤツプと、からなる赤外線検出装
置において、上記液晶素子は相対向する一対の少
なくとも赤外線を通す材料から成る導電性基板と
、この基板間に封入される液晶と、前記基板を所
定の間隔に保持すると共に前記液晶を封止するス
ペーサと、から構成され、前記基板の少なくとも
一方は凸状に形成されていることを特徴とする赤
外線検出装置。 (2) 上記液晶素子を構成する一対の基板のうち
焦電素子側の基板を凸状とした請求項第1項記載
