    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電極層を形成されたサーミスタ素子と、この電
    極層に一端部を導通接続されたリード線と、この
    リード線の他端部に芯線の一端部を導通接続され
    た被覆電線とを備え、サーミスタ素子、リード線
    及び被覆電線の一部を合成樹脂内に埋設した温度
    センサにおいて、前記リード線及び被覆電線の芯
    線の表面にＮｉ系メツキ層を形成したことを特徴
    とする温度センサ。
