する遮蔽板とを備え、この遮蔽板の内外に前記導
圧路と前記貫通孔の一側開口部を各々覆う２つの
ダイヤフラムを設け、これら両ダイヤフラムのう
ち前記貫通孔を覆うダイヤフラムの内室に連通す
る液通路を前記センサ室に接続したことを特徴と
