Claims (1)
- プロセス流体圧によつて移動する圧力媒体液が
内封された凹部を一側に有する２つのボデイと、
これら両ボデイ間に設けられ前記両凹部を画成す
るセンタダイヤフラムとを備え、このセンタダイ
ヤフラムの両面のうち一方の面に環状溝を設けた
ことを特徴とする差圧・圧力発信器。
