Claims (1)
- 分光光度計を用いて流体中の成分の濃度を計測
する装置であつて、分光光度計から発する光を流
体に照射し、その反射光の量により成分濃度を計
測するために、流体を一時溜めておく貯槽と、該
貯槽内の流体を介して反射した反射光を検出する
検出器とを具備してなることを特徴とする流体中
成分濃度の計測装置。
